We never keep record of your payment information by any means, credit card numbers, names and such relevant data however matching cardholders name, last four digits of card number, card type and validity date may only be available for "secure payment verification" until receiving payment. If you are a submitting artist, your Bank/Paypal accounts and payment information will only be available to the Finance Department and will not be stored on artlimits.com.
In order to supply you with your Artlimits e-mail, we need your e-mail address. So that we may provide you with additional services, and ship purchased items to your location we may also request your name, geographical coordinates, and telephone number. You are under no obligation to provide this information. Artlimits does not collect any other personal information that you do not expressly provide. Artlimits will never sell, rent, share, trade or barter your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. Artlimits may share your personal information for the purpose of delivering our e-mail to you or as required by law.
Non-Personal Information
We may also request non-personally identifiable information (such as annual income, buying preferences, or age), also known as demographic and profile data, though this information is optional.
